We are a young, fast moving Fulfillment and Marketing firm which caters mostly to Non-Profits and Associations. We are looking for an energetic, reliable, thinker to work as a Secondary Batching/Caging Agent for Lockbox Operations.
YOU:
You must be Reliable, Detail-Orientated while keeping up with the speed in which things need to be completed. We are a production based environment so our ideal new team member will need to have demonstrated quick learning and multi-tasking abilities. Must have a hard work ethic with a mentality to "stay until the work is done" Many of our clients names and their donors are highly confidential due to their work and community status. Therefore, one with a high ethical standard of confidentiality is a must.
Duties would include: receiving, opening, processing responses (ie: mail) from our client's donors---specifically, counting, opening, sorting, logging separating funds and processing cash/check deposits--while keeping with strict monetary balancing procedures.
You will be working in a SCIF (Secure Facility) Environment. Therefore, you must pass ongoing strict Federal, State, County/City Background Investigations including an ongoing Credit Check. You must have reliable transportation as you may be required to use your personal vehicle. (will be reimbursed mileage)

This is an Entry Level position with our firm and is currently a Part Time (with opportunity for Full Time) so may average between 26-35 hours per week) Hours are FIRM Monday-Friday 7am-1 or 2 pm depending on work flow. Team members who typically start in this position, grow to become top level Executives in our firm--so a great place to get started!
